One of the most visible new additions is Three Sixty West, a mixed-use project by Oasis Realty. It consists of two towers: a 361-metre, 90-storey residential building and a shorter 256-metre, 52-storey hotel structure. Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, both the luxury residences and the hotel component will be managed by Ritz-Carlton.

The two towers are connected at their base with a common podium that will house restaurants and ballrooms. The buildings have been strategically oriented to optimize views of the sea. Inside, a slate of amenities are provided through Club 360. Spanning two levels, the space is split between sport and adventure activities on one end, and more relaxing lounging options at the other. The 80,000-square-foot program features a number of unique entertainment options, including a rock climbing wall, swimming pool, and 30-seat cinema.

A triple-height lobby welcomes residents while 13 levels of parking offer plenty of space for vehicles. Integration between the residences and hotel is key in this project; residents will have access to hospitality services including a 24 hour concierge, in-room dining, and personal housekeeping. The under-construction complex has been certified LEED Gold for its numerous sustainability features, including stormwater harvesting, solar shading and efficient lighting. Developers hope the project will be completed in 2017.
