 WADHWA 25 South, PRABHADEVI, MUMBAI Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of General Civil Works (RCC Shell and Core Works) for the Residential Towers –T1, EWS Building, T2 & T3 alongwith associated Basement and Podium in a phased manner at Hindoostan Mills Compound,Prabhadevi, Mumbai by M/s Twenty Five South Realty Limited,a joint venture of Hubtown and the Wadhwa Group.

The Contract Value for Tower 1 is Rs. 181.49 Cr. The scope of work under this phase 1 includes construction of a residential tower comprising of 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 9 podiumfloors, 40 typical floors, 4 sky villas, 5 refuge floors, 3 service floors, 3 fire check floors and a terrace floor. The total height of the Tower will be 240 m.

The construction work has commenced now and Capacit'e istargeting completion of the Project in 33 months. Imported aluminium formwork system is to be used for the typical floors to speed up slab casting cycle to 3 floors per month.
